andrew p. irvin

Andrew concentrates his practice on bringing claims on behalf of those injured in car accidents, bicycle accidents, or due to medical malpractice. A Winter Park, Florida native, Andrew is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.

Andrew also works in nonprofit and agricultural law. He has assisted more than 300 nonprofit organizations in obtaining their 501(c)(3) tax exemption status from the IRS, and works with the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund as well as the Farmworker Association of Florida.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2012. In law school, Andrew was a senior editor of the Law Review Journal and the president of the Environmental Law Society.

Currently, Andrew serves as a chair for the Orange County Bar Association's Law Week Committee, is a member of the Florida Bar's Law Related Education Committee, and the chair of the Community Service Committee for the Orange County Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Section. Andrew also volunteers with the International Justice Mission, the world's largest international anti-slavery organization.

Andrew is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
